Dear friends and culinary lovers,

Greetings from the island of gods!!

I hope you and your family enjoyed a wonderful holiday season. This year Bali Culinary Professionals will become the forefront in our industry as we have many upcoming event, lunches, workshop and competitions lined up for the rest of 2010. Apart from working behind the scenes with BCP committee on new membership and new committee members, our work with the wider community also continues.

We would like to thank everyone who made it to our June gathering held at Queen’s of India, hosted by the executive chef Puneet. As always chef Puneet and his staff did an excellent job. Thank you Queen’s of India for hosting our monthly luncheon.

In this occasion I would also like to thank PT. Alam Boga, Lotus Food Services, Nikko Bali Resort & Spa, Queens of India and St. Regis for their generous contribution in giving us vouchers and hampers for the lucky draw. We appreciate their support in making the gatherings more exciting.

I believe everyone would like to see an increase in our attendance at the chef luncheon. The board is also encouraging hotel / property members to help out by bringing their chef or anyone involved in the hospitality industry to our next meeting and join our organization.

We are grateful for all of your support and I look forward to seeing you at the next gathering.
