Opened in May 1997, the resort is luxurious, the golf course is stunning and challenging, and all is set amid a spectacular setting backed by volcanoes, peppered with rice terraces, coconut groves, lush tropical vegetation and Indian Ocean cliff tops. Losing a ball or two in this quintessentially Balinese setting is standard, but the exhilaration of taking on the course is quite exceptional.
Facilities at the golf club include a pro shop, Golfer’s Terrace restaurant, Halfway House, driving range, club and shoe rental, carts and delightfully friendly Balinese female caddies (cart and caddy are mandatory).
Total distance is 6,775 yards from the Shark tees, par 72.
