Another half of the participants will consist of yoga lovers and yoga development center management from various places in Indonesia.

The annual yoga activity which will be sustainably held in Bali, for the second event will be themed “Yoga and Global Warming Issues”.

Dr Somvir mentioned that participants from foreign countries like India, Germany and Singapore had confirmed their participation in Bali and each country will consist of some 50 participants.

All series of the International Yoga festival will take place at Patanjali Yoga city Banjar Gunung Sari, Tegal Linggah village, Sukasada sub-district, Buleleng district, North Bali, about 80 km north of Denpasar.

The location is a village which is still beautiful and surrounded by hills and becomes a historic village for Hindu and Islamic development.

Many yoga classes are out there, and you may be turned off if you pick one that does not suit your personality and state of physical fitness. For most beginners, a hatha or vinyasa class will be most appropriate, depending on whether you want a slow or fast-paced class. These are basic styles, and you can always try something fancier later.
