The fresh, seasonal cuisine, the elegant and comfortable surrounds of the dining room, the charm of the garden courtyard, the courteous and impeccable service. Husk Restauant is a modern Thai Restaurant that provides an innovative, stylish and affordable product and the atmosphere is typical to modern Bali.

The concept is a family style of eating with 60 seats, where each dish is best shared and tasted by the whole table. The restaurant opens at 6.00pm and last orders are taken at 10.30pm.

This open-air restaurant features an open kitchen and an alang-alang roof in the true Balinese Style set around the sunset view over Seminyak Beach.

Husk Restaurant provides food and drinks that sets new standards in quality, innovation and value. The menu although leaning towards Thai, is composed from a variety of countries and regions in South East Asia.

We use only the finest of raw products from Australia and local organic farms to create fresh, lively and traditional dishes. The food is hearty and warming, varying from simple picked salads, to stir-fries, curries and whole fish. We are bringing street hawker food to a restaurant level.

Sofitel Seminyak Bali’s acclaimed “HUSK Restaurant” recently walk away with top honours, named Best Restaurant in Bali for 2005 by BaliEats Restaurant Review. The BaliEats website (www.balieats.com) the one of busiest in its category ranked seventh by Hitwise Australia in the food and wine – restaurants and catering category.

Husk Restaurant also acclaimed as one of Indonesia’s Best Restaurants for is exceptional cuisine and services a featured in Indonesia’s Best Restaurant 2006 by Indonesia Tatler.
