The peak of all events for this year were held on October, 12th 2006 at the Monumen Perjuangan Rakyat Bali, the Bajra Sandhi Monument. Precisely at 5 pm, thousand people mass rally for peace. They spread the peace spirits in hope that others will know how important it is to help each other in a circle of peace. A.A. Suryawan W, chairman of the organizing committee, noted that these activities look forward to the future, rather than back at the bombings. “They serve just as a strong reminder to the Balinese people and to those visiting the island to maintain friendship and peace in Bali and every where throughout the world,” Suryawan commented.
