Located around 10 minutes drive outside Ubud center, Ubud Village Resort is a four-star resort that is good for honeymoon and romantic gateaway. Each of the Balinese-style villas in this resort has its own pool, indoor and outdoor bathrooms and with thatched roof and its own rice fields view. The staffs are friendly and helpful. The food is good and enjoying the rice field view on a lunch or dinner in the resort’s restaurant is worth a try. The resort is literally surrounded by the rice fields so expect the sound of crickets at night and occasional visit of birds during the day.
