Royal Balinese Wedding which is usually held by princes and princes of ksatrya caste of Bali is always a spectacular event. The royal Balinese wedding reflects the prestige of the royal family, so the bigger the better.  The cost of holding the royal Balinese wedding can be staggering and also takes a lot of manpower and work hours but when the family prestige at stake there is always a way to make it happen.

The manpower for this royal wedding ceremony is usually taken from the vassals of the royal family through tradition of voluntary work (ngayah).  However, nowadays the bond between the royal family and the society has loosen up and many Balinese now work in tourism areas, offices, or factories which has fixed working hours so the tradition of working voluntary for the ceremony which is held by the royal family begins to be abandoned.

To cope with this phenomenon, the royal family begins to use the service of event organizer to hold the royal wedding ceremony. The practical side of using wedding organizer has made its service begins to be used in Balinese traditional ceremony, especially in urban area where tradition of mutual help and voluntary work are often conflicting with working hours.
