The Café Lotus has a wide variety of cuisine in its menu that will suit everybody. As well as the standard Lotus menu, there are separate sheets of daily specials for lunch, and for dinner. The variety of cuisine range from vegetarian, seafood, Balinese, Indonesian, Italian to International.

For vegetarian the well known dishes are Sop Cendawan and Vegetarian Lasagna, the wide variety of salad provides many options for vegetarian.

The seafood selection is quite extensive. The Tuna Curry is Indian in style Tuna Steak can be had in either Green Peppercorn or Dijon Mustard sauces. But the top of all are Butterfish Fillets and Red Prawn and Shrimp Curry.

For Balinese dishes Be-Pasih Goa Lawah is a platinum choice, and Bebek Betutu will be an excellent option.

Indonesian selection offers many choices such as Indonesian Spring Rolls, Chicken curry; Chicken Sate, Soto Ayam and Bakso Ikan. There are selection of six local favorite snacks which is called Makanan Ringan.

The magnum opus of Italian dish in this cafe is Smoked Salmon and Prawn Fusili, another good option is Fettuccine Smoked Duck Soups.

International dishes provides you with Thai Tom Yam Goong, Indian Samosas, Chicken Winglets in Cajun-style, and Five Spice Lamb Kebabs.

The wine list is small but adequate and very reasonably priced, Lotus restaurants permit customers to bring their own bottles provided that particular Lotus does not stock that wine, for a very modest corkage charge of Rp. 50,000 per bottle.
